Services Offered:
I replace light bulbs, get rid of limbs, carry boxes, rearrange furniture, small repairs, small drywall repairs, light plumbing repair, light electrical repair.
I do light cabinetry repair, screen repair, tile repair, toilet repair, faucet repair/replacement, disposal repair/replacement, painting, tile repair.
And I also do door repair, door knob replacement, minor pest control, and minor heating and air conditioning maintenance/filter replacement.
SMALL JOBS are my favorite!
Pricing:
Minimum of one hour labor charge, hourly labor rate is $75 per hour plus parts and materials.
Parts and materials are cost + 20%, no hourly labor charge for shopping for parts.
*The Senior Discount for the 55 and OVER crowd is 20% off labor.*
